Bhagamandala in Coorg

TalaKaveri, all away from city and located completely in a remote place I bet my lungs were so confused for a while for the quality intake of O2. Amen!!
It was almost noon when we reached Bhagamandala temple. The temple design was simple yet beautiful. We decided to have PRASADAM(Lunch) in the temple instead of going to a hotel. Well the temple authorities did manage well in arranging lunch to all the pilgrims. The clock was ticking so fast and we had been left with a long list of places to see.
The next place we decided to visit was Raja-seat. Its a park or a kind of garden. I didn't find the place to be of worth except for a joy ride in a small train and yummy ice cream in our hands.

ABBI FALLS

Almost the day was going to set and we were racing against the time. From Madikeri to Abbey / Abbi falls its just about 8 km. From the mountains of the western Ghats, few streams combine, swelling with the monsoon rains plunging down the rocks attaining high speed. The water forces through a heavily wooded and lush green land containing water. We can see the misty cloud hanging over the falls :)
There is a hanging bridge just opposite to the falls where the visitors can spend some time around.
This falls is located in the heart of private Coffee
plantations and spice estates with lots and lots of tress.
The best time to visit is early winter when the monsoons bring plenty of water. I had been a month late and got to see the amount of water present in these two pictures.
